Beatriz Lopes

Beatriz Lopes is an accomplished professional with a solid background in quantitative consulting and youth development. Currently serving as Treasurer for the Young Professionals Business Resource Group at MassMutual, Beatriz manages financial matters and assists with leadership activities. Beatriz has held roles as a Quantitative Consultant at MassMutual, where complex Excel models are developed for company-wide use. Additional volunteer experience includes contributing to youth programs at Cornell Cooperative Extension and advocating for adolescent well-being with the UCLA Center for the Developing Adolescent. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Mathematics and a Minor in Italian Language and Literature from Stony Brook University, complemented by early career experience in various roles, including as a daycare teacher assistant and actuary intern.
