Betsy Codding

Betsy Codding is an experienced Digital Communications & Multimedia Director currently overseeing the digital communications landscape at MassMutual. With a background in managing content strategy and audience engagement, Betsy previously held roles with CNET Networks, NBCi, and as Social Media Manager at MassMutual. Betsy has also worked as a Technology Development Manager at UnitedHealth Group and served in various digital strategy and web development roles across organizations such as Learning Ally and the School District of Philadelphia. Betsy is pursuing a mini-MBA in Social Media Marketing from Rutgers University and an MPA in Public Management from Syracuse University, alongside holding a BA in American Studies from Smith College.
