Brad Brown

Brad Brown is a seasoned actuarial professional with extensive experience in annuity pricing and risk management. As the Head of Annuity Pricing at MassMutual since August 2018, Brad oversees a team of 11 actuaries and manages over $10 billion in annual sales. Brad has successfully led complex pricing initiatives and negotiated the launch of a variable annuity under challenging market conditions while actively participating in cross-enterprise risk committees. Prior to MassMutual, Brad held key positions at Voya Financial and Willis Towers Watson, where responsibilities included cash flow testing, economic capital determination, and strategic consulting for pension risk transfers. Brad's career began at Aon, working with pension funds and modeling software. Educationally, Brad is pursuing an Executive MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Truman State University.
