Brian Lucas

Brian Lucas has over two decades of experience in procurement and human resources, currently serving as Head of Category Management for Operations and Enterprise Technology & Experience at MassMutual since May 2013. Previously, Brian held multiple roles at MassMutual, including Category Management Lead (AVP) for IT Software and Senior Contract Negotiator. Prior to joining MassMutual, Brian was a Recruiting Manager at Robert Half International and a Portfolio Accountant at Conning. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut School of Business, earned between 1997 and 2001.
