Candy Chan is an experienced marketing professional with a strong focus on multicultural markets. Currently serving as the Director of Multicultural Markets Strategy and Head of Asian Markets at MassMutual since July 2016, Candy manages sponsorships, advertising, and PR campaigns, while developing targeted marketing initiatives to enhance lead generation and branding within Asian communities. Prior experience includes roles at MetLife, where Candy was a Senior Marketing Consultant responsible for organizing programs and creating marketing materials for Asian American markets, and at Mercedes-Benz Hong Kong Limited, where marketing strategies were developed to increase brand awareness and sales. Candy began a career in marketing as a Marketing Assistant at R. E. Lee International Hong Kong Limited, providing support to marketing representatives. Candy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics and Comparative Literature from The University of Hong Kong.
