Daniel Sim, FSA, MAAA, is an accomplished actuary currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at Sogang University. With a robust background in pricing, valuation, experience studies, and product development in life and health insurance, they have held various significant roles. Daniel served as an Assistant Actuary at Aetna from 2003 to 2008, and later worked as an Assistant Director and Actuary at The Hartford from 2008 to 2009. Daniel's notable positions include serving as the Head of DI Pricing & Product Management at MassMutual in 2020 and as a Senior Manager at Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance from 2010 to 2013. Prior to these roles, Daniel was an Actuarial Specialist at One America from 2000 to 2003 and earned a Master’s degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Iowa.
