David Watson, MBA, CLU®, has extensive experience in the financial services and military sectors. Since joining MassMutual in May 2002, David has served as Regional Supervisory Director and Compliance Consultant, focusing on regulatory relations and engagement with various regulatory bodies. Additionally, David chairs the Armed Forces, Veterans & Families (AFVF) Business Resource Group, promoting military-focused recruitment and retention. Prior to MassMutual, David served in the Army National Guard and the US Army, where responsibilities included overseeing intelligence operations during Operation Iraqi Freedom and receiving the Bronze Star Medal for exceptional service. David holds an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and a BS in Criminal Justice from Westfield State University.
