Dawn Reesman

Dawn Reesman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations support, organizational development, and education. Currently serving as Senior Director of Operations Support & Readiness at MassMutual, Dawn leads a team of Strategic Consultants to improve digital experiences and ensure effective operations in underwriting processes. Previous roles include Senior Director of Business and Operational Readiness at MassMutual, where Dawn managed team structure and onboarding, and Director of Training & Organizational Development at Cooley Dickinson Hospital, responsible for leadership development programs. Dawn's career also includes roles in higher education as an Adjunct Professor and positions focused on community education and curriculum development. Dawn holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
