Diane Goodrow

Diane Goodrow, MBA, CBCP, possesses extensive experience in human resources, sales, marketing, and business operations. Diane began as a Human Resources Office Team Leader/Trainer at Six Flags New England, where strong customer relations and leadership skills were developed from April 1997 to October 1999. From August 2003 to June 2006, Diane served as a Licensed Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Novak Financial Group, focusing on defining target markets and developing new business resources. Additionally, Diane held various roles at MassMutual from January 2019 to September 2022, including Director of Business Operations - Quality Control, Enterprise Continuity Planning Consultant, Underwriting Case Analyst, and Algorithmic Underwriter, where responsibilities included leading quality control teams, developing performance objectives, and ensuring operational efficiency. Diane holds a Master of Business Administration from Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, and a Bachelor of Science from Westfield State College.
