Evan Moore

Evan Moore is a data scientist at MassMutual, where they utilize statistical baselining, anomaly detection, and unsupervised learning techniques alongside software engineering to develop solutions for fraud detection and user behavior analytics. Previously, Evan worked as a per diem preparatory technician at Baystate Reference Labs and served as both an undergraduate teaching assistant and research assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Evan holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and dual bachelor's degrees in English and Informatics from the same institution. They have a keen interest in generative modeling and natural language processing, and enjoy reading, listening to music, and playing the drums outside of work.
