Frances Thomas

Frances Thomas is an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience in distribution platforms, strategy, and organizational development. Currently serving at MassMutual since 2003, Frances holds multiple leadership roles, including Head of Distribution Platforms and Deployment, Chief Operating Officer of Sales & Distribution for the East, and Head of Strategy and Planning. Key responsibilities include developing support programs for top producers, maximizing business relationships, and aligning strategies with the US Insurance group and enterprise goals. Prior to MassMutual, Frances was a Managing Partner at Kenexa from 1998 to 2004, overseeing consulting in talent acquisition and performance management, and effectively managing teams to achieve high client satisfaction. Frances began a career at Bellsouth in 1997 in Organizational Development. Frances holds a BA in Organizational Psychology from Emory University.
