Holly Dowd

Holly Dowd is the Head of Space Design and Utilization at MassMutual, where they have worked since 2017, demonstrating a commitment to employee and departmental development. Previously, they served as the Software Application Director at MassMutual from 2016 to 2017, overseeing technology leadership and team collaboration. Holly has also held the role of Director of Reporting & Analytics at MassMutual Financial Group. They earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Boston College, along with Bachelor’s Degrees in Communication and Spanish Language and Literature from Rutgers University-New Brunswick.
