John Brosnan is an IT leader currently serving as the Head of Architecture – Infrastructure & Collaboration at MassMutual, where they lead teams responsible for strategic architecture and project execution. With a diverse background spanning multiple domains such as Architecture, Design, Engineering, and Application Development, John has a proven track record of developing high-performing teams and forging partnerships across organizations. Previously, John held various roles at MassMutual, including Director of SAP Shared Services and Systems Architecture Director, where they successfully managed budgets, transformed teams, and established strategic initiatives. John is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at American International College and holds an education from Saint Anselm College.
