John Rogan

John Rogan is currently the Head of MMFA Field Strategy & Execution at MassMutual, where they lead a team focused on aligning firms nationwide with MMFA's strategic vision and driving growth in Wealth Management. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Field Management for MassMutual's Northeast Region, consulting with 24 firms and over 3,500 financial advisors. John began their career as a Senior Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers and also held a position as a Management Consultant at PwC. Additionally, they are a member of the Board of Directors for Special Olympics Massachusetts since 2024.
