Jose Falcon

Jose Falcon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Annuity/Non-Traditional Life In-Force Services Director at MassMutual since October 2017. Jose has held various leadership roles within the company, including Insurance Operations Director, DI Operations Director, and Audit Consultant, while also contributing to initiatives in diversity, equity, and inclusion as a member of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council and serving as Secretary Chair for the PRIDE Business Resource Group. In addition to professional commitments, Jose engages in community service as a Big Brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Hampden County since April 2023. Jose holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras, and has also attended the University of Connecticut.
