Kevin Bertolini

Kevin Bertolini is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience as a senior in-house attorney. Currently serving as Lead Counsel at MassMutual since May 2022, Kevin previously held the position of Associate General Counsel at Fidelity Investments from April 1998 to June 2021. Expertise includes providing legal advice across broker-dealer, investment adviser, transfer agent, and general business matters, as well as managing litigation and engaging with regulatory agencies on both domestic and international issues. Kevin earned a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a BS in Industrial Management/Economics from Carnegie Mellon University.
