Leanne McQuade is a seasoned management consultant with extensive experience in the insurance industry. They worked as a Management Consultant at Slalom Consulting from 2012 to 2017, enhancing client operations through technology and business intelligence solutions. Currently, they serve as the Product Owner of Customer Experience & Digital Solutions at MassMutual, where they focus on improving customer experience and driving digital initiatives. Leanne previously held senior roles at Hartford Financial Services Group and contributed to marketing efforts early in their career at The Celebrity Series of Boston, Inc.
