Lenore Downs is an experienced Risk and Compliance Leader with extensive knowledge in developing and maintaining effective risk and compliance programs within a global asset management company. They have held various leadership roles at MassMutual, including Head of Annuity, Non-Trad Life Inforce Services, and Business Migration Support. Previously, Downs served as Director of Transfer Agency Compliance at Amundi US and managed operations at the Sears Regional Credit Card Operations Center. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Business Administration and an MBA at Salem State University, they possess strong mentoring and coaching skills and are open to new learning experiences for personal and professional growth.
