Lucille Pericles currently serves as Purchasing Manager in Supplier Enablement Operations at MassMutual since May 2024. Prior to this, Lucille worked at Moderna from September 2020 to February 2024, where responsibilities included leading projects for process improvements and engaging in an ERP implementation as a superuser. Earlier roles at Moderna included Procurement Operations Senior Associate, focusing on global indirect procurement and supplier enablement for over 3,000 suppliers. Lucille also held the position of Material Planner at Lenze Americas Corporation, managing procurement of manufacturing components and enhancing vendor relationships. Before that, Lucille gained experience at Thames & Kosmos in customer service roles and began a career in sales support at A2Z Science and Learning Store and Wonder Crew. Lucille earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and German Studies from Smith College in 2015.
