Mark Pedro is the Head of Compliance Solutions & Operations at MassMutual, where they focus on creating an efficient and low-risk compliance organization through the use of modern technology and automated workflows. With a solid foundation in project management and continuous improvement, they previously held senior leadership roles within the Compliance & Ethics department and the Life New Business organization, where they achieved significant operational efficiencies and risk reductions. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management and a minor in Commercial Recreation and Tourism from Westfield State University.
