Martha Grace

Martha Grace is currently the Lead Data Scientist at MassMutual, a role they have held since 2021, following their tenure as a Data Scientist from 2019 to 2021. Previously, Martha worked as a Senior Research Assistant at Smith College Office of Institutional Research, where they contributed to educational assessment through survey design and data analysis. They also managed the Brattleboro Area Farmers' Market for several years, overseeing operations and communications. Martha holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Smith College, where they also studied applied statistics.
