Matt Senfield

Matt Senfield has extensive experience in procurement and supplier management, having held various leadership roles at Capital One from September 2013 to October 2022, including Director of Enterprise Supplier Management, where responsibilities included managing suppliers for large-scale operations and delivery logistics. Additional roles at Capital One involved procurement management for banking operations and leading the Procurement PMO focused on enterprise acquisitions and process optimization. Currently, Matt serves as the Head of Procurement Shared Services at MassMutual, overseeing teams involved in Procurement's core functions. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Duke University, a Juris Doctor, and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
