Michael Irace

Michael Irace is the Director of IAM Cyber Security Operations at MassMutual, a position held since 2019, where they oversee the daily operational support of identity access management platforms and contribute to the IAM strategy and security objectives. Prior to this role, Michael worked at MassMutual from 2010 to 2012 as a Project Manager and also held various director positions from 2008 to 2012, focusing on SAP BASIS Administration and quality assurance. Michael's professional journey began as a Systems Consultant at MetLife from 2005 to 2008. They earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration in 1980.
