Michael Sparks has extensive experience in both education and the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Director of Training and Development at Charter Oak Financial since 2017, Michael transitioned from a high school social studies teacher to financial advising in 2011. In addition to this role, Michael has been a Financial Advisor with MassMutual Financial Group since February 2010, where responsibilities include conducting comprehensive financial needs analyses and collaborating with a network of professionals to offer retirement planning, estate strategies, and business continuation solutions. Earlier experience includes work as a Front Desk Agent at Holiday Inn Plainview from 2001 to 2005. Michael holds a degree from Dowling College.
