Mike McLane

Mike McLane is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in various technology roles. Currently serving as a Field Technology Ambassador at MassMutual since September 2022, Mike previously held the position of Vice President of Information Technology at Country Bank, where responsibilities included managing a team and overseeing budget and strategy for IT functions. Mike's previous experience at MassMutual Financial Group spanned over a decade, starting as a Desktop Support Analyst and advancing through roles including Systems Engineer and Systems Consultant, where significant contributions were made in system architecture and process improvements. Earlier in his career, Mike served in the United States Air Force as a Communications Computer Systems Controller, maintaining secure military infrastructures. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Boston University.
