Pat O'Brien

Pat O'Brien is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in collaboration and unified communications. Currently serving as the Lead Collaboration Technology Engineer at MassMutual since December 2018, Pat has successfully led the transition to Slack Grid for over 11,000 users and overseen advancements in collaboration technologies. Prior to MassMutual, Pat held various positions at Barings from November 2001 to December 2018, including Associate Director of Unified Communications, where responsibility included the maintenance of global Cisco UC clusters. Additionally, Pat has experience as the co-owner of O'Brien Photo, LLC, a military police officer in the United States Army National Guard, and held multiple technology roles at MassMutual early in the career. Pat's education includes attendance at Holyoke Community College and the High School of Science and Technology.
