Ray Stein

Ray Stein, CCMP™, currently serves as the Change Management Lead for Wealth Management at MassMutual since February 2024, focusing on driving impactful change for MassMutual Financial Advisers through strategic consulting. Prior to this position, Ray Stein spent nearly three decades at Capital Group, where roles included Senior Manager of Change Management, Senior Manager of Client Service Operations, and Senior Manager of Mutual Funds Sales Desk. Ray Stein successfully launched a dedicated change management role to enhance transitions, led teams in client service operations with a focus on continuous improvement, and exceeded sales targets through effective coaching and communication. Ray Stein earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton.
