Rita Daniel is an experienced Learning Professional with over ten years of expertise in Training and Development within global organizations and six years in Banking Operations. They have demonstrated a strong background in Learning and Development in IT sectors, specializing in areas such as Learning Management Systems, Instructional Design, and Employee Engagement. Currently, Rita serves as the Manager of HR - Talent Management at MassMutual. Previously, they held positions as a Learning and Development Specialist at Tech Mahindra and Assistant Manager of HR - L&D at CGI. Rita began their career at Citibank India as a Clearing and Cash Officer In Charge.
