Rose Baker is the Director of Compliance at MassMutual Financial Group, where they manage the investment adviser compliance and testing program and oversee the administration of the organization's Code of Ethics. With extensive expertise in regulatory compliance, forensic testing, and compliance training development, they conduct due diligence reviews of subadvisers and service providers. Prior to their current role, Rose served as the Director at Babson Capital Management from 2001 to 2006, where they managed broker-dealer activities and the anti-money laundering program. Rose is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government at the College of the Holy Cross.
