Ryan Dalessio

Ryan Dalessio is the Director of Field Technology Experience at MassMutual, where they lead a national technology program supporting the financial field force. With over 15 years of information technology experience, Ryan has excelled in program and stakeholder management, delivering strategic technology initiatives and fostering strong relationships across senior leadership. Previously, they held roles such as Senior Digital Marketing Manager and Field Technology Ambassador at MassMutual, and have also supervised educational programs at Harwich Community Learning Center. Ryan earned an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a BA in Marketing from Assumption College. Avidly adventurous, Ryan has traveled to over 60 countries and hiked the Santiago De Compostela Pilgrimage.
