Soc Deacon has over two decades of professional experience in marketing and communications within the financial services industry. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Retirement Services Investment Communications at MassMutual Financial Group since June 2004, Soc Deacon established and manages comprehensive marketing literature and communication systems to enhance the retirement services investment program. Prior to this role, Soc Deacon held significant positions including Director of Life Marketing & Marketing Communications at The Phoenix Companies and Assistant Vice President-Director of Marketing Communications at Nvest Funds. Soc Deacon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Drew University.
