Sofia Paulino

Sofia Paulino is a seasoned Compliance Leader with a strong background in the financial services industry. They have held various roles, including Head of Investment Compliance and Controls, and served as an Investment Compliance Consultant at MassMutual Financial Group from 2016 to 2023. Sofia began their career as a Financial Reporting Intern at United Technologies before working at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Assurance Associate. They hold a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Connecticut and are currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in the same field at Western New England University.
