Sonin Kwon, PhD, FSA, CFA, CAIA, is an accomplished professional in the finance and actuarial fields, currently serving as Head of Life & FIA Hedging and Managing Director of Annuity Hedging at MassMutual since January 2014. With extensive experience in various leadership roles, Kwon previously held the position of Director at Babson Capital Management and served in multiple capacities at MassMutual Financial Group, starting as an Actuary. Early career experiences include roles as an Analyst at Tillinghast and TIAA-CREF, and an academic role as a Lecturer at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
