Stephen Fox

Stephen Fox is a seasoned actuarial professional with extensive experience in health pricing and product management. Currently serving as the Head of Supplemental Health Pricing and Product Management at MassMutual since November 2016, Stephen Fox leads the worksite supplemental health product suite, encompassing Critical Illness, Accident, and Disability Income. Prior roles include Actuarial Director at MassMutual, where responsibility included pricing and profitability for worksite disability income and critical illness products, along with tenure at Sun Life Financial in various directorial positions focused on dental and voluntary products. Stephen Fox began a career in actuarial roles at Genworth Financial and GE Capital, with foundational experience established at The Phoenix Companies. Stephen Fox holds a BA in Actuarial Science from the University of Connecticut.
