Steve Benson

Steve Benson is the Head of Economic Value Asset Analytics at MassMutual, where they currently design and develop the future state economic value platform. With 20 years of experience in capital markets and asset management, they have a strong background in risk, finance, and investment, having previously worked at KPMG US as a Lead Valuation Specialist and as a consultant for Willis Towers Watson. Prior to these roles, Steve held positions as a Computational Mathematician at Argonne National Laboratory and an instructor at Northwestern University. They are pursuing a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics and Computational Sciences from the University of Iowa.
