Tricia Walker

Tricia Walker has extensive experience in operations and analytics, with a career spanning over two decades at MassMutual, where Tricia has held several leadership roles, including Head of Expense, Analytics and Governance, and Head of Digital Operations. Previously, Tricia served as Vice President for Advanced Analytics and Target Markets and Vice President of Strategic & Financial Planning and Analysis in the US Insurance Group Finance Division. Prior to MassMutual, Tricia worked as a Senior Associate/Auditor at DiSanto, Bertoline & Co., and as a Staff Accountant/Auditor at Larson, Allen Weishair & Co. Tricia is also a dedicated community member, having served as Board Member and Treasurer for Springfield Prep Charter School. Tricia holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BA in Accounting and Spanish from Luther College.
