Vaughn Bowman

Vaughn Bowman, CFA, serves as the Head of Wealth Management and Head of Advice and Client Solutions at MassMutual since January 2022. With over 22 years of experience in the United States Army Reserve, including 20 years as an officer and a deployment to Iraq, Vaughn gained expertise in Military Intelligence and leadership training. Prior to MassMutual, Vaughn was the Chief Operating Officer for Private Wealth Management, International and Institutional at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, leading strategic initiatives for multiple businesses generating $2.3 billion in annual revenue. Additional roles include Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, focusing on investment platforms and product development. Vaughn holds a Bachelor of Arts from New York University and completed various military education programs, including the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
