Wanda Brown

Wanda Brown is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and customer service management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Service Quality Director and formerly as Insurance Operations Director at MassMutual since December 2020, Wanda oversees a team managing various life insurance policies and services.
