Wayne Barbour

Wayne Barbour currently serves as the CEO/President of Springfield Youth Athletics, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing activities and opportunities for young people in the urban Springfield community and surrounding areas, with a focus on academic, athletic, and social development. Wayne Barbour also holds the position of Director of Operation at MassMutual Financial Group since November 2000.
