Will Tan

Will Tan has extensive experience in the technology and consulting sectors, currently serving as the Systems Consulting Director at MassMutual since March 1997, where responsibilities include leading API and service development for the retirement business. Prior roles at MassMutual include Technical Lead, focusing on the Business Event Management platform. Earlier in the career, Will Tan held various positions such as Systems Consultant and Director at Monarch Life from March 1989 to March 1997, and worked as a Programmer Analyst at Auxiliary Services from January 1986 to March 1989. Will Tan holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and a BSc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Loughborough University.
