Zakia Ward, MBA, is a seasoned financial services professional with over 20 years of experience in sales and claims management. They served as a Disability Income Claim Director at MassMutual, where they currently lead a team of Disability Income Claim Examiners and Consultants while focusing on process improvement and team development. Previously, Zakia held various roles at Nationwide and Genworth, including claims adjuster and team manager, where they demonstrated expertise in investigating and managing claims.
