Robert Kelley

Robert Kelley has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 1990 as a Senior Consultant for Boston Consulting, Inc. In 1991, they became the Director of Information Systems for DMC Services, LLC. In 1993, they founded and became the Chief Technical Officer of Boston Systems & Solutions. In 2004, they became the Outsourced IT Manager for MassVentures. In 2007, they became the Outsourced Director of Technology for the Greater Lawrence Sanitary Dist and the Outsourced IT Director for Source One Financial Corporation and the Town of Georgetown Massachusetts. In 2010, they became the Outsourced Network Manager for the City of Haverhill. In 2016, they became the Outsourced Information Technology Special Consultant for Boston Controls and the Outsourced Director of Technology for the Town of Salem New Hampshire.

Robert Kelley obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science, with a specialization in Electrical Engineering, from Merrimack College between 1981 and 1985. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma from Boston College High School between 1977 and 1981. Robert has also obtained several certifications, including Geutebruck G-Core Certifications from Geutebruck USA in February 2019, as well as Level 4 Security Awareness Certifications from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in April 2017 and April 2022.
