Ivan Martin is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at MasTec since March 2024. Previously, Ivan held the position of Vice President of Operations at Kramer Service Group from January 2022 to March 2024, and during a significant tenure at MasTec from June 2011 to January 2022, Ivan progressed from Operations Manager to Project Manager and Superintendent. Prior experience includes serving as Superintendent at Northwest Directional Drilling from January 2010 to June 2011. Ivan’s foundational experience began in the United States Marine Corps from 1996 to 2000.
