Javier Palomarez

Javier Palomarez is the Director at MasTec. Javier was previously the CEO of the United States Javier'spanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC) from January 2009 to December 2018. During their time at the USHCC, they increased corporate sponsorship from 25 to 260, increased revenue by 10 times, and secured donations and scholarship funding from Fortune 500 companies. Prior to their time at the USHCC, Javier was the Vice President of Marketing at ING from January 2007 to December 2009, the Chief Marketing Officer at Netspend from January 2005 to December 2006, and the Senior Vice President of Marketing at Bank of America from January 2003 to December 2005.

Javier Palomarez received a Bachelor of Arts in finance and marketing from The University of Texas-Pan American.
