John Aguiar

John Aguiar began their work experience in 1987 as an Engineering Technician at Gables Engineering. John then worked as a Computer Technician at Rose Auto Accessories, Inc. from 1993 to 1996. From 1996 to 2000, they held the positions of Senior Technical Support Specialist and Manager, Technical Support at Engineered Business System. In 2000, they joined MEDNAX as a Technical Service Analyst and later became the Manager, IS Customer Service. From 2011 to 2017, they served as the Director, IS Service Delivery at MEDNAX. In 2017, they worked as a Support Services & ITIL Consultant at Oxbow and as the Director IT Service Management at MasTec.

John Aguiar has a background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, with studies at Miami Dade College and United Business Institute. John has also obtained certifications in IT Information Library Foundations, Networking Foundations, ITIL Foundations, Ethical Hacking, and IT Security Foundations.
