Karissa Fox

Karissa Fox currently serves as Corporate Counsel at MasTec since August 2023 and is an active Committee Member for various organizations, including the United Contractors Scholarship Committee and the AGC Construction Leadership Council National Steering Committee. Karissa holds the positions of Bay Area Chair and Vice Chair within the AGC CLC Bay Area and is a Board Member of the Bay Area Chapter American Subcontractors Association. Prior to these roles, Karissa was an Associate Attorney at Smith, Currie & Hancock LLP, specializing in construction law, and has experience from positions at the Law Offices of Daniel Jensen and as a law clerk at multiple firms. Karissa earned a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and a B.B.A. from Texas A&M-San Antonio.
