Kyle Bogdan is an Associate General Counsel at MasTec, where they provide legal and operational advice on complex construction projects across the United States. As a Partner at Warden Grier, LLP, Kyle co-founded a boutique firm and achieved significant results in high-stakes construction matters while also focusing on recruiting and employee development. Prior to their current role, they served as Vice President, Associate General Counsel at Flatiron Construction.
