Matt Harker

Matt Harker, PMP, is an experienced operations consultant currently with MasTec since May 2021, specializing in efficiency improvement and the development of operational procedures. Prior to MasTec, Harker held various leadership roles at Acuren, including Project Manager for Nuclear projects and Project Controls Manager. Previous experience includes project management roles at Willbros, where responsibilities encompassed facilities, tanks, and pipeline projects, as well as managing the Project Controls department in Canada. Harker's career began at Jacobs as Deputy Manager of Project Controls, focusing on cost control and scheduling, and included roles at Syncrude Canada Ltd. and the City of Edmonton as an equipment operator. Harker holds a Bachelor of Arts in Physical and Biological Anthropology from the University of Alberta.
