Rick Suarez

Rick Suarez has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Rick is currently serving as the President of MasTec Communications Group since January 2021. Prior to that, they were the President of Mas Tec Network Solutions Group starting from February 2012. Before joining Mas Tec, Rick worked at AT&T Mobility, where they held multiple positions, including VP of SE Operations from June 2007 to February 2012, VP of SE Construction & Engineering from an unknown date in 2007 to March 2008, VP of Network Operations from June 2006 to June 2007, and GM of Tier1 DSL customer support from January 2002 to June 2006.

Rick Suarez holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University, which they obtained from 1985 to 1988. Rick then furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business at the University of Miami from 1998 to 2000. Subsequently, they also completed a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering (MSIE) from the University of Miami between 1999 and 2001.
