Stefan Brown

Stefan Brown is an experienced operations and program manager with a solid background in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Operations Manager at Mas Tec since 2010, Stefan leads a team of 50 employees that processes up to 50,000 calls monthly for Southeastern wireless networks. Prior to this role, Stefan held the position of Sr. Program Manager at Seneca Communications from 2004 to 2010, where responsibilities included overseeing the integration of 2G and 3G network projects. Earlier experience includes serving as an Engineering Technician at Digital Optics Corporation, focusing on test design for micro-optical components, and as a Project Manager at Cellular Technology International, managing daily operations for new site builds. Stefan holds both a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
